Easy-to-dissolve organic matcha grown in Japan\'s Kyushu region. Matcha is rich in catechins. It contains a high amount of the amino acid theanine, which promotes relaxation and helps reduce stress.

Directions:

Hot: Add 2 teaspoons (about 2 g) of matcha into a tea bowl, pour 70–80°C hot water, and whisk until frothy.Iced: Add 2 teaspoons (about 2g) of matcha to 200 ml of water and mix well. Add a few ice cubes and shake well.

Storage: Store in a cool, dry place, avoiding direct sunlight and high humidity.
