A Hong Kong factory-made cowboy hat, made with a 100% cotton twill fabric.
Circa 1960s - 1970s
Hong Kong was a popular R&R destination for troops serving in Vietnam. This hat was made for the civilian hunting market; it has a similar style to some hats purchased abroad, then taken back to Vietnam to wear as practical camouflage pieces of headwear.
