The word \"Lite\" represents light colored chocolate, not fewer calories or fat. Confectionary candy coating contains cocoa powder and vegetable oil. Merckens brand is always easy to melt and requires no tempering. If adding flavors or colors, use a concentrated flavor or oil-based color.

We do recommend Ice packs to be purchased but know they only have a significant benefit in the first 24-36 hours and only when shipping in moderate temperatures.
