When does my first box ship?Towards the end of January. You’ll receive a welcome email with your ship date after checkout.

What if I don’t decorate until December?That’s fine — many members save their boxes and decorate all at once.

Can I cancel?Yes. You may cancel any time. 

What if an ornament arrives broken?We replace it at no cost.

Will designs be exactly as shown?Designs may vary slightly, but your selected theme will always stay cohesive.

Do I get a tree topper?Tree toppers are not part of the subscription. This gives you the chance to put the last final personal touch on your tree!
