This unique pendant is made from Ceramic Quad Flat Pack (CQFP) IC packaging. CQFPs were invented by Fairchild Semiconductor in 1965 for the use in space and satellite applications, providing reliability and the ability to withstand very high temperatures.
The CQFP ceramic core is surrounded by 24K gold plated metal which is used for its low resistance and chemical stability. A unique Integrated Circuit chip is mounted in the center of each pendant, making it a one of a kind piece.
The pendant comes with a 20 inch satin silk necklace, which has a 2 inch extender and a silver lobster claw clasp.
This is a one of a kind product, and is handmade in Silicon Valley USA. (Limited quantities available.)
