The GCV04PMUX includes the GCV04ZUX 4 gallon Dust Extractor, two 40V max XGT 4.0Ah Batteries, a 40V max XGT Dual Port Rapid Optimum Charger, and accessories (click the \"Includes\" tab to see all products).

The GCV04ZUX 4 gallon Dust Extractor features a three-stage HEPA filtration system which captures 99.97% of particulates .3 microns and larger. An automatic self-cleaning filter system compresses and expands the damper, which shakes dust from the pre-filter, maintaining optimal suction and longer filter life. The motor chamber is constructed with sound-absorbing materials for lower noise (67 dB).

This kit comes equipped with an anti-static hose and three adapter cuffs (22, 24, and 38mm) for dust extraction. It also includes a removable attachment for storing the hose and accessories on the dust extractor.

Added features include an oversized on-off switch, variable speed control dial, and dual L.E.D. battery indicators. A large rubber bumper helps prevent damage to the work environment and a locking cover protects the batteries. Rear casters with locking levers prevent the vacuum from moving. It is equipped with Extreme Protection Technology (XPT), which is engineered for improved dust and water resistance for operation in harsh job site conditions.

This dust extractor includes an AWS Transmitter, meaning it can wirelessly connect to an AWS-compatible Makita tool. When the AWS-equipped tool is turned on, the AWS-equipped dust extractor also turns on. When the trigger of the tool is released and stops, the dust extractor stops, as well. AWS is intelligent communication that eliminates cords and excessive noise since the dust extractor runs only when the tool is running.

XGT is Makita\'s most powerful system, and is built to handle high-demand applications. Built-in microchips in both XGT tools and batteries allow for real-time digital communication, actively monitoring heat, overload, and over-discharge. This enhanced technology delivers up to 2x longer sustained power during demanding applications, as well as optimizes battery life and delivers a faster charge.
